The Board of Regents of the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Executive Council of the Canadian Associaiton of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons cordially invite you to attend the ACOMS and CAOMS Joint Annual Conference and Exhibition - From Sea to Sky: Climbing to New Heights of Excellence in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, May 3 - 5, 2017.

Accommodations

The Conference Committee has secured a block of rooms from May 1 to 6, and our group rate is $219 CAD for a Fairmont Room and $249 CAD for a Fairmont Deluxe Room. Rates are per room, per night, single or double occupancy. Rates are subject to 11% Municipal Hotel Tax, 5% Goods & Services Tax (GST) and 1.5% Destination Marketing Fee (DMF). Our group rates will be available until April 8, or until our guest room block is sold out, whichever comes first. After that point, any new reservations will be subject to availability at the daily rate applicable at the time of reservation.

 

The ACOMS and CAOMS Joint Annual Conference and Exhibition 2017 will be held at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver in Vancouver, British Columbia. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of beautiful downtown Vancouver, within walking distance of this cosmopolitan and international city’s many attractions, and approximately 15 kilometres (9.3 miles) from Vancouver International Airport.

 

Please note: The only hotel room block organized for ACOMS and CAOMS is the one identified above. ACOMS and CAOMS do not endorse or recommend booking hotel reservations through any source other than the hotel itself, and no other housing company, travel agent or third party agency is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of ACOMS and CAOMS.

Air Canada has been designated as the Official Canadian Airline for the ACOMS and CAOMS Joint Annual Conference and Exhibition 2017. Air Canada is pleased to offer a 10% discount on eligible fares to attendees travelling to the Conference on flights to the Vancouver International Airport (YVR). The discount is applied to the fare at the time that the travel ticket with Air Canada is purchased. The discount and the fare are subject to all applicable taxes and surcharges. No discount will apply to Tango and Executive Class fare bookings. The discount applies to the travel period beginning Wednesday, April 26, 2017 to Saturday, May 13, 2017.

Cancellation &
Refund Policy

Cancellation of participation will be subject to a processing fee of 10% of the total sponsorship and exhibit fees contracted. Cancellation of participation must be made by January 31, 2017. After January 31, 2017, no refunds can be given to cancellations or reduction of space or sponsorship and 100% of the total outstanding balance is due.
